ARN Creative Studio designed the sales kit and brand communication for Kraam — a residential project by NYE Estate. The brief required printed materials that could convey the project's premium positioning and architectural intent through tactile design.

Approach

Our work focused on print as experience — refined paper stocks, considered typography, structured information design, and photography direction created a sales kit that felt like a curated object rather than a brochure. The system extended across collateral and on-site environmental graphics.
